We offer an exchange in size and colour and are also happy to exchange the item for a credit note if you have ‘changed your mind’ or ‘the item doesn’t fit’. We are unable to offer a refund unless the return is in accordance with ‘Australian Competition & consumer Commission’ act and the item is recognized as faulty. Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (03 9431 3400). Once your item is received back we will process the exchange/credit note and forward it via post. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning and re sending of their items.
We will happily exchange your item, if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway, has all the original swing tags and there is a proof of purchase from Blue Butterfly Boutique. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.
We personally inspect items before we dispatch orders, and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify us immediately via email (email@example.com) or phone (03 9431 3400). Please note that each item is photographed before dispatch to ensure that it is not faulty on our end.
We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase, or in the event that an exchange is unavailable. Credit Notes will only be issued within 7 days of receiving the items back to Blue Butterfly Boutique. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Credit notes are valid for three months from the date of purchase.
